Minimally-invasive technologies in the treatment of choledocholithiasis complicated by biliary pancreatitis

Minimal invasive endoscopic technologies are used in the treatment of patients with biliary pancreatitis complicated cholangitis and sepsis. 56 were treated for period 2014 - 2018, aged 65.5 ± 15.18 years. ERCP was performed 31 (55,3%) patients, 13 (23,2%) surgical intervention without contrast extrahepatic bile ducts. Papillotomy 52 cases (96,4%) by string papilloma 4 (7,1%) needle. In all cases, subtotal papilloprotectomy [1], supplemented balloon sphincteroplasty. I group, included clinic, group II clinic sepsis, III purulent sepsis septic shock. 1st 2nd groups mortality not observed. 3rd 3 died (37,5%). The rest discharged from hospital a satisfactory condition. A decrease level markers hepatitis cytolysis (AlAT, AsAT, GGTP, L-FABP) observed during procedures ERCP, indicating toxic effect on liver parenchyma. L-FABP is highly informative marker hepatocyte can be as criterion hepatic insufficiency prognosis high efficiency transpacillary techniques noted.
